Staff

Sue Dumm spent over 25 years employed at the Alpha Resource Center.  In her role as the program director she built relationships with many of the link agencies and beneficiaries that ANGELS serves.  She currently works as a part time staff person with the Office of Advocacy that serves people with developmental disabilities.  She is also on the Board of Directors of Retinoblastoma International at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

Debra Marasco-McNulty, San Luis Obispo coordinator; is the mother of two, the youngest is Jason who has CP and is spastic quadriplegic. She is presently working for Parents Helping Parents as a resource specialist. She has served full terms on UCP-SLO Board and IHSS Public Authority, worked eight years in the special education classroom, and served as the parent advisor on SCOE Transition Board.

Jill Davis has worked for Devereux, the Alpha Resource Center (ARC), and United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) since moving to Santa Barbara in 1989. Jill has a B.A. in journalism from Penn State University.

Shirley Cornelius has worked as Evelynn Smith's assistant since 1999. She brings 20 years of experience in accounting and administration to her position as a support person for Project - Angels Bearing Gifts.
